About

Join us for an unforgettable evening of swirling, sipping, and supporting a wonderful cause! Taste Meet Learn – Tampa offers a unique opportunity to indulge your senses while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children in our Early Childhood Education Program at Sunrise Community. Experience exquisite flavors and heartwarming connections, all while helping us provide essential support to children of varying abilities, fostering their growth and development in an inclusive environment.

Sunrise Children’s Services has been providing high-quality services for over 28 years, supporting typically developing children, children with developmental disabilities, and those “at-risk” for developmental delays. The program offers a fully licensed and NAC-accredited developmental preschool that focuses on cognitive, language, physical, social, and emotional development in an inclusive, all-abilities learning environment.

Kristin Garemani, a distinguished winemaker from California, brings her passion for crafting exceptional varietals to our event. With a commitment to quality, Kristin has earned 52 awards across major wine competitions, including the prestigious San Francisco International Wine Competition, Central Coast Wine Competition, and the Los Angeles Wine Competition. Her dedication to producing single-vineyard wines that reflect the unique terroir of each location has made Garemani Wines a celebrated name in the industry.

George Rodez, is a self-taught artist whose work is deeply influenced by his personal journey, particularly his experiences with his mother’s mental illness. His art reflects the multifaceted nature of human emotions, drawing from the lessons he learned as he observed the distinct personalities his mother exhibited. Each of Rodez’s bodies of work is a unique exploration of these diverse aspects, allowing him to express the different strengths and purposes within himself. Beyond his artistic achievements, George is a passionate advocate for mental health, using his art to support charitable causes and raise awareness.
