This week, Sunrise Community proudly joins organizations across the nation in celebrating Direct Support Professional (DSP) Recognition Week, a special time dedicated to honoring the incredible people who make our mission possible.
Every day, our DSPs bring compassion, patience, and dedication to their work, empowering persons supported to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Their care goes beyond daily support; it’s about building trust, creating opportunities, and making each day brighter.
Throughout the week, Sunrise locations are celebrating in a variety of ways—from team recognitions and appreciation events to our DSP Recognition Week T-shirts, featuring an ocean-inspired design created by one of our talented persons supported at our Daytona, Florida location. Her artwork beautifully reflects the calm, strength, and intelligence that DSPs bring to the lives they touch.
