Celebrating Compliance Week: Building a Culture of Integrity at Sunrise!

At Sunrise Community, National Compliance Week is more than a reminder of policies and procedures, it’s a celebration of our shared commitment to integrity, accountability, and ethical excellence.

Each year, Compliance Week gives us the opportunity to reflect on how our actions shape trust within our organization, our community, and among the persons we support. Compliance is about doing the right thing, not because someone is watching, but because it’s at the heart of who we are as a team.

This week, Sunrise staff across all regions came together to engage, learn, and celebrate through a series of fun and meaningful activities. From creative activities on “What Compliance Means to Me” to a Myth vs. Fact presentation and quiz challenge, staff put their knowledge and values to the test. Midweek, we even put together a Compliance Word Search, followed by our end-of-week favorite, the “Guess Who?” Challenge, where the team had the opportunity to match childhood photos of staff (and a few surprise celebrities) just for fun!

These activities not only encouraged participation but also reinforced the importance of communication, collaboration, and transparency. The very pillars that support a strong compliance culture at Sunrise.

As Compliance Week comes to a close, we extend our gratitude to all team members who took part. Your enthusiasm, integrity, and dedication help strengthen our community and ensure that we continue to lead with ethics in every action we take.

At Sunrise, compliance isn’t just a responsibility, it’s part of our culture. 💙
