Each October, Sunrise Community proudly joins the national celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to recognize the contributions of workers with disabilities and to promote inclusive employment practices that benefit everyone.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” reminds us that every person brings unique strengths, creativity, and perspective to the workplace. At Sunrise Community, we see those qualities every day in the persons we support, individuals who show that ability, determination, and dedication come in many forms.
