Compliance Announces the Winners of the 2016 Rap Battle & Mannequin Challenge

By Sunrise Group on December 9, 2016

Sunrise’s Third Annual Compliance Rap Battle featured the latest trend, the Mannequin Challenge. The Mannequin Challenge is a viral Internet video sensation where people “freeze” like mannequins while a moving camera films them from various angles. Usually the video plays with the song "Black Beatles" by Rae Sremmurd in the background. As with years past, competition from across the Sunrise system was fierce! Staff at National Headquarters viewed and reviewed entries until the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners were awarded. First place went to Sunrise’s Homestead Campus. Second Place was given to Panama City and Wauchula walked away with the third place finish for their inspired Mannequin Challenge.

And while Sunrise’s elusive Mar-yonce did not make an appearance at the Awards Ceremony. MC Extraordinaire, Gee Z closed out the event with a nail-biting Season 3 conclusion to “Entire,” the series. Failure to #comply with Sunrise Standards (as well as clear instructions from the MDPD – Miami Dade Preschool’s Diaper Department), MC Gee Z will be given a year-long “time out” to think about “Doing The Right Thing” as well as how he can better “Provide, Protect & Prevent” those served by Sunrise.

See you all next year! CONGRATS TO ALL SUNRISE TEAMS!!!
